What you need:

Checkmark2-5 years of proven experience in project or product management, particularly in managing software projects, digital products, or apps.
CheckmarkBachelor’s degree in management, business, computer science, or a related field.
CheckmarkStrong technical background, with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and mobile or web applications.
CheckmarkExperience with all phases of software project management, including high-level planning, detailed scheduling, execution, monitoring, control, and deployment.
CheckmarkProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
CheckmarkFamiliarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
CheckmarkKnowledge of productivity and task management tools such as Notion, Slack, and other platforms essential for team collaboration and efficiency.
CheckmarkProficiency in Figma for collaborating on designs and wireframes.
CheckmarkExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
CheckmarkStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.

Job responsibilities:

dotProject Planning & Coordination: Organize and lead sprint planning, maintain task management systems, and ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams.
dotProduct Development: Drive the creation, improvement, and launch of new product features, including wireframing, prototyping, and documenting requirements using tools like Figma.
dotStakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project goals.
dotTeam Leadership: Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth, accountability, and high performance.
dotReporting & Analysis: Monitor project progress, analyze user behavior, and deliver actionable insights to guide product improvements and business decisions, utilizing tools like Clevertap, Google Analytics, and Singular (for attribution).
dotSubscription Management: Work with tools such as Superwall and RevenueCat to manage subscription-based product features effectively.

dotExperience managing large-scale projects or working with international clients.
