Going to work every day might be a tiresome experience if the environment at the workplace is not completely comforting. Employers should try to create a workplace environment which is comfortable and reflects the branding and values of your company.
You may start with some small things like fixing the air condition, getting some pictures or posters, adding flowers, etc.

- Go out together
Occasionally going out with employees is a great way to get to know each other on a personal level. Having fun together breaks up the routine and boundaries, and also encourages creativity and collaboration.
Going out doesn’t have to be something big. You can go out for a beer after work, watch a movie, go for a walk or play board games at the office. Your employees will see you more as a friend with whom they can share, rather than a boss who give them tasks.
